Watercolour on artist’s paper. A beautiful mountain, river scene in Switizerland during the wheat harvest. Signed and dated lower left corner “Toppie 1887″. He is a well known artist that was quite prolific with pieces all over Europe. Hand painted matt with a simple gold, wooden frame. Excellent condition – see minor vertical mark on the right side of the watercolour. $3,800. Frames size: 24.25″ W x 19″ H. Art size: 18.5″ W x 12.5″ H. Wt: 3.5 lb. 1.6 kg.
